Shipping & Handling

AutoBeGreen ships all domestic orders via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS.  AutoBeGreen will determine the best method based on price, location and speed of delivery.

  • Shipping charges are billed on all orders; if your order is packaged in multiple boxes it will be considered multiple orders/shipments
  • Orders may be shipped from more than one location depending on product mix
  • Shipping charges for the Continental U.S. are as follows:

NOTE:

  • Shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders
  • All claims for shortages need to be made within 7 days of receipt order

Delivery Times

Delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your delivery area; rural addresses may take an additional 1 to 2 days

Returns

  • If you wish to make a return, Contact Us  for an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization #) and state the reason for the return; we will respond promptly with the RGA #
  • All new returns are to be made within 30 days of the invoice date
  • Only new, unused and defective parts will be accepted for return
  • All returned parts are to be in their original box and in new condition
  • Write the RGA # on the outside of the packaging
  • All returns are to be shipped prepaid; collect shipments will not be accepted
  • Return parts prepaid in the original box and packaging to:

Warranty:

All manufacturers warranties apply; visit the manufacturers website for more specific information; some manufacturers may require the parts be sent directly to them.

Refunds

  • Refunds from charge card orders will be credited to the same card number from which the purchase was made
  • Credit will issued promptly upon receipt, inspection and approval of the product
